Nearly 200 people raised funds for the non-profit social-emotional learning educational organization funded by philanthropy
About 200 people gathered Nov. 3 at the Naples Hilton to support Charity for Change, a non-profit social-emotional learning educational organization funded by philanthropy.
Guests enjoyed a VIP reception, live auction and “Call for Change” cash call. The Ben Allen Band provided music for dancing and entertainment. The Honorary Event Chair was Brigid Soldavini-Clapper and the Event Chair was Debra Haley.
“We are grateful for the support from our community and guests as we continue to build the foundational skills of character, generosity and gratitude in our next generation,” said Karen Conley, founder of Charity for Change. “Support of our program helps us to empower children to achieve their best in school, future careers and life.”
Soldavini & Caldwell, Exteriors by Koby Kirwin and Westwood Interior Cleaning were the Humanity Hero title sponsors. Since 2008, Charity for Change’s educational programs have impacted 100,000 children, instilling nine character traits and raising $150,000 for 100 area charities.
